Buying a Booth
We draw qualified buyers who are looking for solutions to their home improvement needs. 90% of our attendees made or planned to make purchases based on what they saw at the show.

As part of the Fall Home Idea Show, you'll get exposure through our strong promotion package, including several at-the-show live telecasts. Our Show Guide will be included in the Spokesman-Review as well as discount admission coupons in several local publication and newspapers.

(No part of any exhibit may be dismantled before 5 p.m. Sunday. Exhibits must be removed from fairgrounds by NOON Monday, October 15, or your ompany will be charged for security fees.)

EXHIBIT RESTRICTIONS
. Unfinished or unsightly sides or backs of a display in a booth must be draped so that it is not visible from an adjoining booth.

. All activities must be confined to the exhibitor's assigned space.

. Exhibitors can not block view of adjacent displays (materials higher than 3' must be displayed in the back 5' of booth space).


ELECTRICAL AVAILABILITY
Electrical service (110v) is included in your booth fee and provided by the fairgrounds. If you require more than 500 watts of 110v or a 220v outlet there will be an additional fee. Placement of booth will be determined by electrical needs in some cases.

SECURITY/INSURANCE
Security is provided on a 24-hour basis during setup, show hours and take-down, ending at 12:00 noon Monday after the show. Even with paid security, be sensible in booth care. Leave valuable products and small items secured or covered when the booth is empty, specifically move-in, and evenings when the show is over. NW Promotions maintains liability insurance for all public areas only. This does not cover occurrences in your booth area, for which you are liable. Signing of this contract confirms that your booth display and products are covered by your insurance.

DISCOUNT - 2 for 1
Two for one coupons will be distributed to exhibiting businesses after Labor Day.

EXHIBITOR AWARDS
Exhibitors are rewarded in three areas with either a free booth space or dollars off on their booth space in the year 2013 show. The awards are given for Best Booth Display, Marketing Excellence and Best Boothmanship.

DECORATORS
The contracted decorator is LCD Exposition Services. They provide a variety of services including draped or undraped tables in a variety of sizes, backdrops, lights, etc. If you have any questions concerning this you may contact them at 509/325-9656. Complete price listings and information will be sent to you six weeks prior to the show.

ASSIGNMENT OF EXHIBIT SPACE
Booths are reserved on a first-come first-serve basis, upon receipt of full payment. Please indicate on the contract section which booths you prefer in order of preference. If these are not available you will be contacted to make an alternate choice. NW Promotions reserves the right to limit the number of like products exhibiting, for the good of the show.

HEALTH CERTIFICATES
Exhibitors are required by the Spokane Regional Health District (509/324-1560 x 2) to obtain a health certificate if you are cooking or serving food.

CANCELLATION OF SPACE
Refunds will only be made if cancellation is received in writing by August 1, 2012, minus a 30% handling fee. No refunds will be made after August 1, 2012.
Deposits of $100 per booth are non-refunable.
